There’s a bigger priority now than buying stuff for myself. My family.
No, I didn’t get married! Haha! Since father is jobless for more than a year now, I was blessed/asked/forced to pay for things to keep us going. Well, to pay everything in half. My brother’s college tuition, electricity, groceries and the internet. Those cost me more than half of what I get from my job each month.
What happened with my 13th month pay? It’s gone without buying a thing for myself. Yes, my life sucks. I can’t even afford to buy a Starbucks tumbler for myself.
It came to yesterday that I won’t be able to give myself a gift…I almost cried.
That how emotional I am.
Again, I’m not like other people who work to get what they want. I work for my family to keep going.
